Terms of Service

   I do not transfer the .cmoc3 files, or other working files. The files of the finished model given to the client are for personal use only, transfer or resale of the model is prohibited.

   Credit for art and or rigging shall be given to me in a convenient place of viewing (actual community/twitter profile and or on your channel bio).

   I work work with a manager, often he will be included in communications via discord or email.

   Here I regularly update the stages of ordering, to avoid unnecessary questions, it is better to look here.

   I reserve all the right to refuse any commission request

   If a deadline is given, and the client does not respond to requests for feedback from me with in the same day of the request the deadline may be postponed to a later date.

   It takes me 3-6 weeks (depending on complexity) to complete a project. The time frame starts when I start your project, not after discussing order details and adding to the waiting list.

   In the event that permission is given to broadcast the work on your order live, chances are I will check the movement of your model with live model tracking software.

   I always send the work process and am always open to discuss details, if customer responses are delayed I have the right to postpone the project until a response is received, which will increase the turnaround time.

   After the final version of the model is sent to the client, up to 5 minor revisions can be suggested. Additional revisions will be charged (starting at 3% of the total cost). In case of my mistakes, the revisions will be corrected for free.

   I make refunds only if I refuse the project myself. Or certain circumstances at my discretion.

   I accept payment only when I am ready to proceed with the project.

   Work only begins once prepayment is paid (50-100% of the cost of the order or step by step art and rig).

   Express (1-2 weeks) will cost an additional $400. Depending on the design or complexity of the order, I may not accept it if the deadline is too small, but it is possible to discuss some details of the work at a later date, such as simple physics, or simple emotion animations.

   All revision and costume prices are based on my current prices (Not based on when you last ordered).

   You can pay via Boosty, PayPal, Qiwi.

   Requests for an order are accepted through Google Forms,or via email exchange. Once I am ready to work my manager or  myself will respond within 1 week of the discussed date via Discord.

   I confirm all the details and the final price with the customer.

   Payment goes through.

   After payment, I start work.

   Video or photo progress is sent to the client for the duration of the work, I make adjustments as needed.

   After completion of the model I will send a ZIP-file with a folder of the model for Vtube Studio.

   If after testing the model the client wants to make minor changes, these points will be corrected and I will send a new version of the files.

   I usually help to set up the model tracking in Vtube Studio.

   If you want to add additions or new elements to your model later, we can discuss all the terms, it is desirable to agree in advance.
